Bitcoin mempool & fees

What it costs to send bitcoin right now, and how busy the network is. Updates about every minute while this page is open.

How it works

Fee rates are mempool.space's recommendations in sats per virtual byte (sat/vB). The dollar figure is rate × size × today's bitcoin price, so it's approximate. Sizes are typical native SegWit (bc1q) transactions; yours depends on your wallet and how many coins it spends. Nothing you choose here is sent anywhere.

Live data from mempool.space; fees change block to block and your wallet may quote differently. Dollar costs are approximate. Not financial advice.
